R1, R2, R3 Avanti Restorations - R3 Rear Axle

R3 Dana 44 twin traction flanged axle.
Stripped, sandblasted and ready for rebuilding.

Axle is back together with new twin traction clutches,
pinion seal, axle bearings and seals.

Reassembled with new stainless steel brake lines.

When I stripped down the axle case I found the original factory markings.
I replicated this number mark which represents the axle ratio and was most likely
put on
the case during assembly line inspection.
